Author of The Polaris Uprising and Retrograde.
When I learned about Scrivener, I must confess, my first thought was, "I don't get it. Why would I use this instead of Word?" But it was only $40 and I’d seen so many other writers rave about it that I decided it was worth a shot. The rest, as they say, is history. I’m not sure how I ever wrote without Scrivener. The flexibility in managing scenes, the ability to consolidate all of my story notes in one place, the dead easy process for formatting and exporting publish-ready PDFs and ebooks, and the CORKBOARD -- have I mentioned the corkboard?? I’m still learning all of the ins-and-outs of this Swiss Army Knife of writing tools, but already it is the most valuable one I have in my toolbox. Scrivener has a lifelong fan in me.
